• Available on: Weekdays (except national holidays and year-end and New Year holidays)
• Tour Duration: 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (60 to 90 minutes)

How to apply

1. Confirm your desired date and time from the “Application Slot” on the right.
2. Fill in the required information by clicking the “Apply” button
   *At the time of application, the reservation will be in “tentative reservation” status
3. Reservation confirmation will be sent to you within 3 open days.
   *Call applications are not accepted.

Q1 Is the reservation confirmed immediately after application?

A tentative reservation will be confirmed within 3 working days.

Q2 Can I participate individually?

You need to apply as a group of 10 or more people.

Q3 Is parking available?

Parking is available (limited number of cars). Large buses are allowed. Please specify the means of transportation at the time of application.

Q4 Is it possible to adjust the tour time?

Yes, 60 to 120 minutes is possible. Please specify in the remarks column.

Q5 When do reservations begin?

From 9:00 a.m. on the same day three months prior to the standard day (Monday) of the week you wish to visit.

Q6 What is the reservation deadline?

By 5:00 p.m. on the Monday two weeks prior to the reference date.

Q7 Is it possible to make a preliminary inspection?

Prior notice is required (koube.recycle.kengaku@bayarea.jp)

Q8 How do I contact you for cancellation?

Please contact the emergency contact that will be sent to you after the reservation is completed
