On April 14, a new sweets store “Pâtisserie Créer des liens” opened in Higashinada-ku, Kobe. It is located in the Sumiyoshi area, on the south side of Route 2, east of the Higashinada Kuyakusho intersection.
The store has a luxurious atmosphere like a jewelry store. The showcase is always lined with 7 to 8 kinds of chic and gorgeous fresh cakes. There is also a rich lineup of about 10 kinds of baked goods such as madeleines and financiers, which are ideal as gifts.
Matcha Roll” 2,200 yen per roll (tax included)
Recommended are sweets using matcha green tea, such as “Matcha Roll” and “Matcha Terrine. They are made with matcha green tea from the Tsuji Ribei Honten in Kyoto, and are made with less sweetness so that the flavor of the green tea itself can be fully appreciated.
The “Basque Cheesecake” is made by delicately adjusting the baking temperature so that it melts smoothly in the mouth, and the “Black Tea Panna Cotta” uses Ridgeway Earl Grey tea, which has a rich aroma of tea leaves.
Matcha Terrine” 1,980 yen (tax included)
The name of the store, “Crederian,” means a bond built toward the future. The owner, Mr. Miyadera, would like to create a new type of cake shop in Kobe, the city of cakes, to express his gratitude to those who have supported him up to now, and to hope that many more connections will be made in the future. <A word from the reporter:
A fresh cake as gorgeous as a piece of jewelry makes me feel good!
