Tastes of Kobe’s famous restaurants gather at Ichiba Food Show! Ichiba Food Show” at Daian-tei Market

On November 3, “Ichiba Food Show” will be held at Daian-tei Market and Comista Kobe in Kasuganomichi, where famous Kobe restaurants will gather to offer special menus using ingredients from the market (rain or shine, cancelled in case of stormy weather. The program may be changed in case of rain).

This is the second gourmet event organized and planned by Daian-tei Ichiba to promote the attractiveness of the markets and shopping streets that support Kobe’s food. On the day of the event, shopping streets, markets, and famous Kobe restaurants, which grab the stomachs of Kobe children, will gather to enliven the venue with their prized gourmet foods.

The event will be held at the main venue, Comista Kobe, and the sub venue, Daian-tei Market. The tastes of famous restaurants can be tasted at Comista Kobe, and some of the menus are collaborations between market ingredients and famous restaurants. It is noteworthy that the lineup is truly wide-ranging, from popular restaurants that are regulars at the event to menus from kappo and Japanese restaurants that are not often seen at events.

The Daian-tei Market, the sub venue of the event, will offer a limited menu in addition to its regular business hours. There are children’s stalls and molook booths for children to enjoy, and the event is planned for a wide range of people from children to adults.

There will also be a “Ichiba PROUD” booth by the Kobe Retail Market Federation to introduce Kobe’s attractive retail markets, and a “music event” featuring members of the Nada Central Market and Ujigawa Music Festival, so it is recommended that visitors enjoy the event by touring the main and sub venues on the day.
