Awaji Island Iwaya Summer Festival to be held August 24-25 at the Awaji Island Tacoste

The 3rd Awaji Island Iwaya Summer Festival

The 3rd Awajishima Iwaya Summer Festival will be held at Awajishima Takoste, a general commercial facility in Iwaya, Awaji City. The 3rd Awaji Island Iwaya Summer Festival will be held for two days on August 24 (Sat.) and 25 (Sun.), 2024!

There will be food stalls, fairs, kitchen cars, and children’s booths set up by local elementary school students, as well as a beer garden and a hamoten (fried fish) feast by the Iwaya Fishing Port. In addition to Iwaya Bon Odori, Awa Odori, and Yosakoi stage events, there will be a special fare “Kanrinmaru Mini Cruise,” and at the end of the second day (25th), there will be a fireworks display with approximately 200 shots!

On the day of the festival, the parking lot of Taco Station will be unavailable, and a “Summer Festival Temporary Parking Lot” will be set up at Michi no Eki Awaji, and a free shuttle bus will be available. Please check the official website for details!
