The 10th Self-Defense Seminar for Women and Children

Martial arts scare me.
“I’m too shy to start from scratch at my age.
I don’t have that much time.”

But
“I’d be willing to take a one-day self-defense seminar.”

We will be holding a 2-hour self-defense seminar that will cover the situations most requested by women.

We hope that those who do not usually have a chance to learn self-defense techniques will take the first step toward learning them.

Please come alone, with your parents, with your children, with your spouse, or with your friends.
Even if it is your first time attending, it is no problem.

【What to wear and bring】
Comfortable clothes, comfortable shoes, and drink
(The floor is carpet tile, so you can wear sandals.)
