Future for Kids, a general incorporated association that plans and organizes events for parents and children and sports events, supports children and students who are not attending school, and conducts other projects that contribute to the community and society, held an online seminar “ Growth through Nutrition! Growing with Nutrition! Growth and Performance Improvement for Sports Kidswill be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025!

This online seminar on diet and nutrition for sports children is open to parents as well as children’s sports coaches and those interested in children’s nutrition. If you are unable to attend in real time, archived sessions are also available, so feel free to join us if you are interested.

Food and Nutrition for Children in Sports
The seminar will cover the following topics.

-Basics of nutritional intake for children playing sports
-How to eat before and after practice and games
-Diet to reduce and increase performance
-Protein, salt charge, and amino acid drinks are OK!
Dietary methods for different problems
（Height does not grow, body does not get bigger, eating too little, etc…)

Of course, not only parents but also coaches of children’s sports and those who are interested in children’s nutrition are welcome to attend.
