During the moving season, you can change your address and other procedures even on Sundays!

If you are busy with your move and can’t take time on weekdays, don’t worry! During late March and early April, you can go to Akashi General Window in front of Akashi Station on Sundays from late March to early April!

The specific dates are March 30 (Sun.) and April 6 (Sun.), 2025, both from 9:00 to 17:15. Please note that the counter is not Akashi City Hall, but the Akashi General Counter on the 6th floor of Papios Akashi in front of Akashi Station!

By the way, the main services handled are as follows

• Notification of change of residence (moving in, moving out, etc.), notification of family register, seal registration, issuance of school attendance notice, renewal of electronic certificate of my number card, etc.
