The 16th Self-Defense Seminar for Women and Children

Martial arts are scary.
“I’m too shy to start from scratch at my age.
I don’t have that much time.”

But
“I’d be willing to take a one-day seminar.”

In response to requests from women, we will hold a 2-hour self-defense seminar that takes women’s physique into consideration.

Recently, there are many crimes involving women, and we hope that those who do not usually have the opportunity to learn self-defense techniques will take just one step forward.

Please come alone, with your parents, with your children, or with your friends.
No problem even if you are attending for the first time.
