A free-to-attend open-air festival will be held with a focus on music, with a variety of entertainment such as comedy, dance, etc., as well as food and a tour around the city of Kobe. This year's festival will again be held in conjunction with the Ikuta Shrine Oumi Summer Festival.

Kobe City's vision for education in the "Fourth Kobe City Basic Plan for Education Promotion" is to "think independently and create the future, valuing self and others," and one of its basic policies is "learning in which the child takes the leading role.

Part of the "CINE LAB" workshop project, which utilizes movie theaters as a place for diverse learning and creation. This year's event will be held in conjunction with the contemporary art festival "Kobe Rokko Meets Art 2025.
