Kobe Rokko Island's annual "RokkoIsland HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL 2024" will be held on October 26 and 27 in the River Mall Park area (Higashinada-ku, Kobe). Admission is free.

The Kobe Stokes, a B.LEAGUE team based in Kobe City, held a "B2 Arena Project" at the Minatogawa Shrine (Chuo-ku, Kobe City) on September 27, just before the start of the B2 League 2024-25 season.

KOBE (Higashinada-ku, Kobe), located on the 9th floor of ROKKOiPARK, will hold the "Samurai (Mononoff) Exhibition: The Fascinating World of Suwahara Hiroyuki's Warring States" from October 9 to November 17.

In addition, Oji Stadium has a very popular and interesting indoor sports activity facility, Kobe Super Stadium, which opened on Rokko Island in March of this year.

Seishin Gourmet Festival" will be held on September 29 at Seishin Chuo Plenty Plaza (Nishi-ku, Kobe). The spacious civic plaza near Seishin-Chuo Subway Station will be filled with local delicacies and gourmet foods.

A one-night-only "Night Cafe" event produced by Mukogawa Women's University students will be held on September 29 at the Machinaka Plaza, Sannomiya Platz (Chuo-ku, Kobe).
