Following Okaba in the northern part of the city and Rokko Island in the eastern part, Kobekko Asobi Hiroba Seishinchuo will be the third location in the city to open.

The 12th Rokko Island Rose Festival will start on May 13th at RIC Rose Garden (Rokko Island Rose Garden), located on the west side of Island Center Station on the Rokko Liner.
