Donk Bakery Donk to Hold “Donk 119th Anniversary Festival – Donk’s Famous Bread Collection

Donk, a long-established bakery born in Kobe, will hold “Donk 119th Anniversary Founding Festival – Donk’s Famous Bread Collection” from August 1 to 16 at Donk and Donk Edité stores nationwide.

Donk, which will celebrate its 119th anniversary on August 8 this year, will present this fair as a token of its appreciation for 119 years. Taking advantage of the unique feature of Donk’s ability to develop products at each store, the fair will bring together a variety of breads made with regional ingredients from all over Japan.

During the period, breads using a variety of ingredients from Hokkaido, Kyushu, Kanto, and Kinki will be available. The breads are a fusion of the finest ingredients and Donk’s technology, and are full of flavor.
