Heart Chair and Archway Illumination at Kobe Meriken Park

In honor of Valentine’s Day and White Day, “Valentine Light-up in Meriken Park” will be held from February 7 to March 16 at Meriken Park (Chuo Ward, Kobe City). Admission is free.

Special lighting up of the Kobe Port Tower, Kobe Maritime Museum, BE KOBE Monument, etc. can be seen in the entire area.

The lights will be on from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Special lights in pink from February 7 to 16 and in white from March 7 to 16 can also be seen.

Also, the “Heart Frame Chair,” a perfect photo spot for Valentine’s Day, is now available. The cute pink neon heart chair allows visitors to take a memorable photo with the Port Tower in the background.

An arch-shaped illumination is also set up on the pathway leading to the BE KOBE monument. Under the twinkling stars, visitors can enjoy the night view of BE KOBE and Minato when they pass through the fantastic archway.
