Hakata Yatai Ramen Hakata Menya Itajuku branch (Suma-ku, Kobe) will reopen on March 10.
This ramen restaurant has its main branch in Sanda City, and the Itajuku branch will reopen after a five-year absence. To celebrate the opening, a seven-day revival festival will be held from March 10 to 16, during which diners will receive half-price coupons for ramen and set menus, as well as coupons for free boiled eggs or refills of noodles.

The signature item on the menu, “Hakata Tonkotsu Hibiki,” is made with a cloudy tonkotsu soup that has been improved upon the taste that has been popular at the Mita restaurant for 15 years. The soup has been improved on the Mita branch’s 15-year old favorite, and the addition of a special fragrant oil gives it a deep, rich flavor.

The “Hakata Tonkotsu Burikote” is characterized by the rich flavor of the back fat, and the soup is thick with large pieces of back fat. Thin noodles are intertwined with the soup, creating a strong sense of unity.
Aged Kuro Shoyu (black soy sauce) (large portion of chashu pork) 830 yen (tax included)
The “Aged Kuro Shoyu” is a deep, rich soup made from a combination of long-aged soy sauce and clear soup, accented with the crunchy texture of green onions and bean sprouts.
The menu also includes a wide variety of other dishes such as thick miso and kokushio ramen. You can enjoy ramen carefully prepared one bowl at a time, using only the finest ingredients, along with set menus and toppings.
