This is the fourth location in Kobe City! Fluffy Dome” at the Plaza of Light near Seishinminami Station

On the 13th of this month, “Fluffy Dome” was opened at the Plaza of Light near Seishin-Minami Station of the Kobe Municipal Subway! We covered this playground equipment, which is popular among children because of the way it feels.

The “Fluffy Dome” is a membrane trampoline that uses air pressure. It is the fourth location in Kobe City, following “Minatogawa Park,” “Shiawase-no-mura,” and “Kobe Fashion Plaza.

The Plaza of Light, where the Fluffy Dome is set up, is an outdoor event space, but it is quite cool, perhaps because the wind blows through! The adults watching over the children, as well as the children playing with the dome, will not be so hot.

Ten rules are posted near the dome, including “Do not use when wet” and “Do not use while eating. Visitors must take off their shoes to enter the grass area where the dome is set up.

At the time of the interview, there was a person watching over the children as they took turns playing.

The age range is 6 to 12 years old, but it seems that children between 3 and 6 years old can use the playground equipment as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian and there are no children older than 6 years old!

It seems that on weekday mornings until school is out, even young children can enjoy the playground in peace!
