Conditions for Cancellation

The concert may be canceled in the following cases

• When weather information of warning level or above has been announced or is known to be announced in Kobe City on the day of the concert.
• When major transportation services are cancelled or scheduled to be cancelled due to weather conditions on the day of the concert.
• When a heat stroke “Special Alert” (excluding “Warning” alerts) is announced and the outdoor event is deemed dangerous
• When the venue is unavailable
• When there is a situation that requires the organizer to cancel the event
