Contents of consultation

Free consultation on legal issues related to daily life (land/house lease, purchase/sale, inheritance, money loan, neighbor relations, etc.). Advance reservations are required.

Consultation Flow

• First, a citizen advisor will ask about the content of the consultation (about 20 minutes).
• Only if the citizen consultant deems it necessary, the consultation with an attorney (25 minutes) will be scheduled.
• The first 6 slots for attorney consultation are available on a first-come, first-served basis (up to 1 slot per day).

Tuesdays (except New Year holidays and national holidays)

• Citizen Counselor Consultation: 12:00 – 14:50
• Lawyer consultation: 13:00-15:30

Q1：Is it available for those who live outside of Suma Ward?

A1: Yes, if you live, study, or work in the city.

Q2: Is there a limit to the number of consultations?

A2: No more than 3 times for the same case, one appointment per day.

Q3: What happens if I arrive late?

A3: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it will be treated as a cancellation and the consultation time will be shortened.

Q4: Can I consult with the same lawyer as last time?

A4: The assigned attorney will change each time. For continuing consultation, please contact the Hyogo Bar Association directly (078-341-7061).

Q5: Can I get the contact information of my lawyer?

A5: Only the name will be provided after the consultation. For details, please contact the Hyogo Bar Association.
