Closing days and other special notes
Performances of the Machinaka Concert will be cancelled in the following cases
(1) When there is or is known to be a warning level or higher announced in Kobe City on the day of the performance
(2) When some transportation services are or are known to be cancelled due to weather conditions on the day of the performance
(3) When a heat stroke “special alert” alert (not a “warning” alert) is issued, the outdoor event will be cancelled (3) In the event of a heat stroke “special alert” (not a “warning” alert), the outdoor event will be cancelled.
(4) In the event that the venue cannot be used for some reason.
(5) In the event of any other incident that warrants a decision to cancel the event.
