Tada” in Mikage, full of autumn fruits such as figs and pine muscats

Tada Tada-do, a brand that introduces new ways to enjoy rice through baked goods made from rice flour and gelato using amazake (sweet sake), has launched three types of “rice tarts” available only during the fall season at its actual store in Mikage, which opened in April this year.

All of them are made with organic rice flour produced in Hyogo Prefecture and are plant-based, free of milk, eggs, wheat, and white sugar, and feature a “deliciousness without barriers” that can be enjoyed by everyone, including allergy sufferers, gluten-free people, and people who want to avoid animal products.

880 yen (tax included) for “Cheyenne Muscat Tart

The tart is made with large, whole-peeled, luxurious Cheyenne Muscat grapes, and its crispy texture is filled with a fresh aroma and rich sweetness that fills the mouth.

The tart is on sale until early October.

Kobe Fig Tart” 880 yen (tax included)

This adult tart allows you to enjoy the mellowness of rare figs picked in the morning and only available in the suburbs of Kobe, which are ripened on the tree.

The rich cocoa damande, homemade soy milk custard and pistachio cream complement the juicy figs and leave a gorgeous aftertaste. This item is already on sale and will be offered until the end of October.

Nagano Purple Tart” 780 yen (tax included)

Nagano-Purple, a black grape variety born in Nagano Prefecture that can be eaten with its skin intact, has a sugar content that rivals that of Kyoho grapes, yet its sweetness is elegant and refreshing.

The lush pulp with plenty of juice is a perfect match for the vegetable cream with the sweet and sour flavor of Yamagata blueberries. This product is scheduled to go on sale on September 15 and will be available until early November.
