Bread and sweets factory direct sale” will be held at “Kobe Bell” Sumiyoshi main factory (Higashinada-ku, Kobe) on April 13, from 11:00 to around 15:00, and will end when sold out.

The store holds a monthly direct sales event (2nd and 4th Saturdays from January to October, once in November, and none in December), where customers can purchase sweets delivered straight from the factory and freshly baked bread at 20-30% off the regular price, or half price for some items.

This event started on a trial basis when the Corona disaster made it difficult to operate the store, but it now has many deep-rooted fans, and popular items are often sold out early in the day.

This time, “Strawberry Omelette” (350 yen, tax included), a moist and fluffy baked dough with fresh cream and strawberry sauce sandwiched in between and topped with strawberries, and “Raisin Biscuit” (170 yen, tax included), a moist dough baked with rum-soaked raisins kneaded in and topped with home-made biscuit dough, are newly released. Also available by request are “Western-style Nama Dora 2 pieces” (450 yen, tax included), a soft soufflé dough sandwiched between fresh cream and custard cream, and “Oven-baked Soufflé Hotcakes 3 pieces” (680 yen, tax included), a thick-baked hotcake with a fluffy texture that is a deep-seated favorite.
