(Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture), a general bakery manufacturer established in 1918, will sell “Apple Pie with Rice Flour” for a limited time in collaboration with the TBS Sunday Theater “Blackpean Season 2. The product will be on sale from July 15 to September 30.

TBS Sunday Theater’s “Blackpean Season 2” is a medical entertainment series starring Kazuya Ninomiya, who plays the role of Yukihiko Amagi, a world-class surgical genius with a devilish appetite for both people and money.

It is a sequel to “Blackpean,” which aired in the April 2018 season and gained popularity, and takes place six years after the previous film. Despite being a sequel, this work has become a hot topic of discussion as Mr. Ninomiya plays a new role, Yukihiko Amagi.

The “apple pie with rice flour,” which appears as a key item in the play, is a pie crust made with 20% rice flour, apples, custard, and sponge dough. The apples are flavored with two kinds of spices and rum for an aromatic finish.

The product will be sold at directly managed Kobeya restaurants and Kobeya Kitchen. The three stores in Hyogo Prefecture that carry the product are the Mikage, Koshien, and Takarazuka branches of Kobeya Restaurant.
