The authentic shaved ice is made from high purity icicles that have been painstakingly finished over a 48-hour period, and each bite offers the pleasure of a texture that gently melts in the mouth.
A new type of shaved ice topped with a thick layer of warabi mochi (rice cake)
The lineup includes three types of shaved ice: “Ko-matcha” with a perfect balance of refined sweetness and bitterness using luxurious Uji matcha green tea; “hojicha” with a deep adult flavor of homemade hojicha syrup and warabimochi made from real warabi flour; and “brown sugar kinako” with plenty of fragrant soybean flour and brown sugar syrup.

All of the shaved ice items are made with the store’s popular “warabimochi” made with “honwarabi” flour, which has been specially prepared for shaved ice to give it an even more melt-in-your-mouth texture.

You can adjust the taste and sweetness of the shaved ice to your liking with our homemade syrups and other sauces. In addition, the mukohana flower squeezed with white bean paste and grains of bean paste accentuate the perfect balance of flavors. For a break from the hottest foods, you can enjoy this Japanese dessert to your heart’s content by eating it with dango or ohagi (rice dumplings).
