Experiment with various taste changes with coffee x sake! Event at Nada Gogo Sake Brewery

On September 7, an event “#Otona no Sakeasobi: Coffee and Sake” will be held at “Nada Gogo Sake Brewery” in Higashinada-ku, Kobe. Admission is free.

This event will be jointly held by “Bold Coffee,” which operates coffee shops around Kobe, and “Yasufuku Matashiro Shoten,” which has been making sake in Nada, Kobe since 1751 under the concept of “brewing food. Visitors can experiment with a combination of coffee and sake that many people have never experienced before.

At this event, we will prepare three sets of combination of unique coffees from around the world brewed by “Bold Coffee” and sake proposed by “Yasufuku Matashiro Shoten”. Taste the coffee and sake as they are, drink them alternately, mix them together, and so on. You can enjoy the various combinations as if you were experimenting.

There is also a “special set” that only those who have drunk all three sets can experience, and at the end of the experiment, they can enjoy the changes in taste and aroma together with the secret item.
