Canal Night Water Park 2023,” a nighttime event, will also be held at AEON MALL

The “Canal Water Park 2023” water play event will open on July 28 at AEON MALL Kobe Minami (Hyogo Ward, Kobe City) and run through August 13.

This popular annual summer event features a water play area for children from infants to elementary school students on the canal promenade in front of AEON MALL Kobe Minami. The lineup includes a 20-meter-long, 7-meter-high waterslide with a view down the canal, a waist-deep water play area, and more.

For the past few years, the event has been held on a lottery basis in advance due to measures to prevent new coronavirus infection, but from this year onward, participation is free as before.

To participate, visitors must show the screen of their favorite “Kobe Minami” registered on the AEON Mall application and present a purchase receipt of 2,000 yen or more including tax from July 14 to August 13 at AEON Mall Kobe Minami Specialty Store Mall. At least one parent or guardian (18 years old or older) must accompany the child at the time of admission.

A nighttime event, “Canal Night Water Park 2023,” will also be held on July 29, 30, August 5, 6, and 11-13.

This event is very helpful for families with children because they can satisfy their children’s desire to play while shopping.
We had a hard time finding a place to hold the event because of the lottery system at an age when it is difficult to make plans in advance, but from this year, we will be able to enjoy the event easily.

(1) Show the screen of “Kobe South” registered as a favorite on the AEON Mall App.
(2) Present a receipt of 2,000 yen or more including tax for purchases made at AEON MALL Kobe Minami Specialty Store Mall between July 14 and August 13 to one participant at the reception desk
or pay the participation fee of 1,000 yen (including tax)
