Kobe City: Plan for the Implementation of Measures to Prevent Infectious Diseases in Kobe City

The “Plan for the Implementation of Measures to Prevent Infectious Diseases (Prevention Plan for Infectious Diseases)” is formulated by prefectures in response to the “Basic Guidelines” established by the national government, in accordance with Article 10 of the Infectious Disease Control Law. In accordance with the revised Infectious Disease Control Law, Kobe City has also formulated an infectious disease prevention plan based on the revised Infectious Disease Control Law. Based on the revised Infectious Disease Control Law, Kobe City will also formulate a new infectious disease prevention plan to prepare for the outbreak and spread of the following emerging infectious diseases. This plan will be revised as soon as necessary, for example, when the Basic Guidelines and Hyogo Prevention Plan are revised, or when the situation surrounding infectious diseases changes.

is under preparation (to be released in April 2024). In formulating the plan, public

comments

will be solicited in accordance with the Kobe Citizens’ Opinion Submission Procedures Ordinance.
Period of public comment: From Monday, January 22, 2024 to Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
