Venue only! Hot and fluffy croquettes with warm sauce – Kobe

Kobe Croquette will open a booth at “KOBE Delight Fountain,” a project sponsored by Kobe Luminarie, which will be held from January 19 to 28. Croquettes with warm sauce will be sold exclusively at the event site.

This project has been held since 2015 at Higashi-Yuenchi, the venue of the Kobe Luminarie event, with the aim of providing a fun experience for visitors to the event, which is a symbol of the reconstruction from the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. The event will be held for the first time in four years due to the Corona disaster since 2020.

Nine of Kobe’s leading food and beverage companies are scheduled to open stalls, and “Kobe Croquette” will offer the following menu items.

Beef croquette with warm demi-glace sauce” 500 yen (tax included)

Beef croquettes featuring the sweetness and flavor of Kuroge Wagyu beef are topped with a rich demi-glace sauce infused with the delicious flavor of meat and vegetables.

Crab Cream Croquettes with Warm Chowder Sauce” 500 yen (tax included)

A dish of melt-in-your-mouth cream croquettes filled with the flavor of crab and served with a chowder sauce infused with the goodness of seafood and vegetables.

Crab cream croquette with butter rice served with warm chowder sauce” 650 yen (tax included)

The Namuranaka Crab Cream Croquette served with warm chowder sauce, buttered rice and a fluffy egg is a satisfying and warming dish.
