Eat, Drink, Listen, and Enjoy Spring on Mt. Rokko on Mt.

On March 12, a combined event “Biryani!” will be held at ROKKONOMAD, a shared office where you can stay in the forest on Mt. Rokko. Kirithee! Music!” will be held at “ROKKONOMAD,” a shared office that stays in the forest on Mt. Registration is now being accepted on the web.

This is a chill event to “enjoy the mountain top” with “biryani,” a special feast for holidays in India and South Asia, and “kirithee,” a milk tea provided by a long-established tea store in Ashiya, as well as “live music” by guest musicians.
The “Chicken Biryani” set served at the venue will include vegetables from Kobe.
The “biryani” will be served by Naoki Naito of “Spice Project,” which rethinks the relationship between people and nature based on cuisine from various fields around the world.

Musica Tea, a tea store established in 1952, offers “Kirtay,” which means “milk tea” in Sri Lankan, and will perform mixing tea and milk.
