A campground with good access from the city was born! Scheduled to open in July this year!

The “KOBE Kawanone Base” campground will open in November 2022 at “Niu Yamada no Sato” in Yamada-cho, Kita-ku, Kobe City, which is conveniently located about 15 minutes by car from Sannomiya.

Currently, the campsite is not yet complete, and is scheduled to open around July of this year. The site is being built with a “hands-on program” being held first.

In the “Catching Fish” program (from around May), you can catch and catch your own eel or amago (eel) and cook them on the BBQ using empty cans or mestizo for rice (consultation required).
Other activities include chopping firewood, making a fire with “feather sticks,” which are wooden sticks shaved into thin layers with a knife to look like feathers, cooking with ingredients and gear around you, and eating with “paper tableware,” which is tableware made of paper.
