A great sight to behold! Beautiful flowers only at this time of the year can be seen at “Suma Rikyu Park

Suma Rikyu Park in Kobe City’s Suma Ward is now in full bloom with “Sumaurafugenzou” and “Botan” flowers, which are expected to be available until late April.
Two kinds of spring flowers are in full bloom!
The “Soumaurafugenzou,” which is at its best this time of year, is characterized by the color of its flowers changing from yellow to pink from the beginning of blooming to the end of falling.
It is interesting to see the color of the petals change.
In 1990, a yellow flower-colored branch-changing cherry tree was discovered in Sumaura Park in Suma Ward, Japan, from a satozakura cherry tree called “Fugenzo” (Fugen elephant). It was later newly named “Sumaura Fugenzou” (Suma Ura Fugen Elephant), and is also cultivated in Suma Rikyu Park.
Minister of Shima (Shimadaijin)
The “button” is also called the “king of a hundred flowers” and is used to describe a beautiful woman, and is characterized by its large, gorgeous flowers. In the garden, there are 150 peony plants of about 40 varieties in a variety of colors such as red, peach, purple, yellow, and white, including “Shimadaijin” and “Oukan.
They can be seen in the botan garden!
