(1) What is KOBE Navigator?

They are young employees who navigate the “job satisfaction” and “attractiveness of the workplace” of Kobe City Hall.
A special page introducing KOBE Navigators was created in conjunction with the start of online applications for KOBE Navigator workplace visits.

Monday, August 21, 2023 – Thursday, February 29, 2024
(Visits are available until March 31, 2024)

2. Application Procedure and Steps to Visit

1) Access the URL above and fill out the application form to apply.

2) The navigator in charge will contact the student to arrange a schedule.

The student visits the navigator’s workplace.

3. Other

• This is not related to the selection process in any way.
• This service is not available to applicants for the Kobe City employment examination between the time of application and the announcement of final acceptance.
