The “Southern Mall Christmas Market” will be held on December 16 and 17 at the commercial facility “Southern Mall Rokko B612” (1 Shinzaike Minami-cho, Nada-ku, Kobe City). The event is sponsored by Southern Mall Rokko, a Koizumi Seima Group company.

The venue, decorated with reindeer dolls and Christmas decorations, will feature a “Christmas Marché” with booths for restaurants, apparel, sundries, accessories, and other items. Calligrapher Midori will open her first booth in Japan (since the “Japan Expo” held in France), selling interior goods, Christmas cards, and New Year’s postcards.
In addition, a photo session with a foreign Santa Claus will be held for those who follow the official SNS and answer a questionnaire (from 12:00 to 15:00, free of charge). A service to make clear files from photos taken of your dog will also be available.
On both days, students from the Kobe Koyo Music Dance & Art Academy will perform live on stage, and on the 16th, calligrapher Kana Shigemoto will give a “live calligraphy performance” to accompany the students’ performance.
There will also be a raffle (registration from 11:00 to 17:30) for every 3,000 yen in combined receipts from purchases at two or more stores at the facility.
