Kobe City: Start of accepting electronic applications for child allowance

Family Support Division, Children and Family Bureau
In order to improve convenience for citizens, electronic application for child allowance procedures, which previously had to be applied for at ward office counters or by mail, will begin as follows.

April 1, 2024

e-KOBE (Kobe City Smart Application System)

*Applications can be made 24 hours a day from home PCs and smartphones

*User registration is required if using e-KOBE for the first time

*Public employees can apply at their work public office

Procedures for which electronic application is available

(new application, request for revision of the amount, notification of change (change of account, change of address, change of name, etc.

))

*If you need to be interviewed (in divorce proceedings, DV evacuees, etc.), you need to apply at the counter
