To further increase awareness of the “Kobe 2024 World Para Athletics Championships,” which will finally begin next month, a special exhibition will be held at the Kobe Central Library and Children’s Book Forest Kobe. The exhibition will feature panels and racers (racing wheelchairs) that will introduce the appeal of Para athletics, as well as messages written by athletes. In addition, there will be a special corner where visitors can read books on the history of para athletics and picture books and manga that introduce para athletics. We look forward to seeing you there.

Kobe 2024 World Para Athletics Championships]
The World Para Athletics Championships is the world’s premier para athletics competition established by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). The 11th edition of the Kobe Games will be held for the first time in East Asia and Japan. The Kobe 2020 is also a prelude to the Paris Paralympic Games to be held this summer, providing an excellent opportunity to watch the heated competition between Para athletes who are vying for the final spot in the games.
