In order to help companies in the city secure human resources amid the accelerating trend toward a seller’s market due to the decline in the working-age population, the “KOBE Job Fair”, a face-to-face joint corporate information session for job seekers and students scheduled to graduate in March 2025, is being held. If there are too many applications, selection will be made in accordance with the application guidelines. Please note that even if you wish to participate on both days, you may only be able to attend on one day. |

1) Company information sessions in the form of booths 2) Individual interview booths (casual interviews with booth visitors, which can be used for individual interviews) (3) Job hunting consultation/resume revision/mock interview booths (4) Job hunting support seminars (how to choose a job, how to find a company, etc.) ⑤Company introductions and guidance to participants by the company introduction concierge |

Advance Seminar |
Scheduled to be conducted online on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. A recruitment support seminar will be held for participating companies to provide information on PR points that will resonate with job seekers in job postings and at joint corporate information sessions. (Details will be provided with notification of selection.) |
