The event offers a wide range of support for entrepreneurship, from students who want to try something new to those who are looking for support to expand their businesses, including information exchange, practice, event participation, and mentor support. The community also has about 500 members online and has become a gathering place for entrepreneurs of the same generation and young people involved in a variety of activities. At this year’s event, nine people who have participated in the community and worked on businesses and projects took the stage to introduce their experiences and activities. Supporters and educators who support youth entrepreneurship in Kobe will also participate.
Ms. Nono Watanabe, a staff member at W (6 Suidosuji, Nada-ku), who facilitates the event as a community manager, said, “This is a valuable opportunity to hear about the ‘real life’ of entrepreneurship from seniors and classmates who are close in age. There will be ice break and social time, so we hope you will make friends and colleagues outside of the university,” she said.
The event will be held from 16:00 to 18:00. Admission is free.
