Kobe City: Applications for the FY2024 KOBE Navigator Workplace Visit are now being accepted and

The City of Kobe will begin accepting applications for KOBE Navigator workplace visits for university students and those wishing to change jobs, as an opportunity for them to learn about the appeal of Kobe City Hall’s work and get a concrete image of how they will work after joining the office.

1. Overview

(1) What are KOBE Navigators?
KOBE Navigators are young employees who navigate the “job satisfaction” and “attractiveness of the workplace” of Kobe City Hall. 250 KOBE Navigators are on staff in FY2024 and accept about 300 students and job change applicants every year.
(2) Eligibility
Students who are interested in working at Kobe City Hall (1st and 2nd year university students, technical college students and high school students are also acceptable) and those who wish to change jobs
(3) Application period
1st to 15th of every month from July 9, 2024 (Tuesday) to February 28, 2025 (Friday)
(Visits available until March 31, 2025)

2. Application Procedure and Process to Visit

(1) Access the URL of the above special site and fill in the necessary information on the application form,
(2) The navigator in charge of the application will contact the student/career changer to arrange a date
(3) The student/career changer will visit the navigator’s workplace (online visit is also acceptable)
