The “Night Sweets Buffet: Temptation of Spring – Strawberry-filled Sweets Buffet” will start on March 1 at the dining room “Igrek” of Kobe Kitano Hotel (Chuo-ku, Kobe City).
A total of 23 types of sweets, including a special evening-only menu, and 11 types of meals can be enjoyed at your leisure without time limits.
The sweets include a wide variety of cakes, mousses, baked sweets, jellies, drinks, and Japanese sweets. As a special evening menu, freshly baked crepes and freshly baked cheesecakes will be available, as well as all-you-can-eat “spilled strawberries” and a large “strawberry mille millefeuille”.
The meal menu is also extensive, with three types of food served first: smoked salmon bread gratin, French fries with aurora sauce, and mimosa salad with matching pasta, followed by meat pie, chicken escabeche, ratatouille and herb breaded fish, short pasta, and stroganoff, A total of nine dishes, including curry with plenty of vegetables, will be served buffet style.

For dessert, 19 types of hotel-made strawberry sweets are included in the “Spring Temptation – Strawberry-filled Sweets Buffet,” making this a luxurious lunch where you can relax from mealtime to tea time.
