Located a 3-minute walk from Suzurandai Station on the Kobe Electric Railway, “Bookstore Wawa” has bookshelves full of picture books and children’s books, “books that babies and adults can enjoy together” and “books that make you think deeply about your daily life The shelves are filled with “books that can be enjoyed together with babies and adults” and “books that make us think deeply about our daily lives.
There is also a rare “Braille picture book.
The inside of the store has a relaxed atmosphere full of warmth of wood. The books on the shelves are changed according to the season.

The owner, Mr. Masukawa, who has loved “a space with books” since his childhood, is particular about the books he selects, saying, “I want to put books related to growing up. With a wide variety of books, you are sure to find your favorite one.

Masukawa says, “I can confidently recommend all the books I select. The “Picture Book Subscription Service,” a service that delivers books selected by the owner to your home every month, is designed to help those who have questions such as, “I’ve heard that reading to children is good, but I don’t know what kind of books to choose…” or “I want to read new picture books, but there are so many to choose from… I want to read new picture books, but there are too many to choose from…” and so on!
There are so many cute picture books that you will want to pick up.
You can choose from our standard “long-selling picture books” that you want your child to read first, or “new picture books” that you want your child to continue reading for a long time to come, according to his or her age and growth. If you already have a picture book, you can change it. Please consult with us about your budget and the number of books.
