The “Wadamisaki” area in Hyogo Ward, Kobe City, is full of various facilities and fashionable eateries, such as “Kobekko Land” where children can play for free, “Wada Shrine” dedicated to a snake, “Maison Murata” and “Cape Roasting Station,” and many more.
This time, we would like to introduce two parks that you may want to stop by after visiting such facilities and stores!
First, we stopped by Unnanboku Park, located near the railroad crossing at JR Wadamisaki Station. There are a variety of stores in the nearby shopping district, so it is a good place to eat bread and sweets that you buy there!
The flowerbeds in the park are filled with daisies and pansies, and you can see that they are very beautiful and carefully managed.
The playground equipment is simple, with only swings and slides, but the benches are perfect for taking a break! There are also cherry blossom trees near the benches, so it will be easy to enjoy cherry blossom viewing in the coming season.
A 5-minute walk from this location toward Kobe Municipal Subway Chuo Ichiba-mae Station, you will find a vintage furniture and sundry goods shop, “Vintage Furniture and Sundry Goods”. Near the vintage furniture and sundry goods store “Kita no Chairs to” is “Misaki-honmachi Park.
This park is also filled with colorful flowers! Flowers are planted around the swings, and it looks like you can paddle on the swings with a sense of elegance.
This park also has a simple playground with only a slide, swings, and a small sandbox, but there are benches and beautifully maintained flowers to enjoy.
Enjoy a relaxing stroll with family or friends in the warm weather with flowers that remind you of spring.
