Request for Information (RFI) for Electronic Questionnaires for Kobe City Children

Background and Objective

Kobe City Schools are currently conducting bullying fact-finding questionnaires for students in paper form, and are facing the following operational issues.

Problems with the current operation

• The entire process from distribution to collection and data entry depends on manual work by teachers and staff.
• Complicated privacy protection measures due to continued use of paper-based media
• Increased workload for faculty and staff (both mental health and administrative work)

In order to solve these issues, we are requesting information (RFI) from related parties to promote the digitalization of the survey.
