We are looking for a business operator who will construct and operate cargo handling facilities, such as a shed, necessary for new cargo collection at the Rokko Island Wharf site.

Loan Location

Part of 3-3, Koyo-cho Higashi, Higashi-cho, Higashinada-ku, Kobe City
1 lot, approx. 1,500 square meters (to be determined after the lessee is selected)

Contract Method

Fixed-term leasehold contract for business use (10 years)
