Procedures for observing the meeting

Those who wish to observe the meeting will be accepted on-site from 1:20 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Due to the venue, the decision will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is no public parking available at the above-mentioned venue.

A portion of the committee meeting may be closed to the public by a majority vote of the attending committee members.

Photography and recording of the meeting are not permitted.
