We invite you to enjoy pairing sake and fish paste and rediscover the deliciousness and compatibility of each.
We hope that participants will learn new ways to enjoy food and make use of them in their future eating habits at home.
We also hope that visitors will be able to experience the craftsmanship of both companies in their hometown of Kobe, and feel familiar with their products.
Please enjoy traditional Japanese culture (rakugo) as well as sake and fish paste.
