On February 15, the terrace restaurant on the first floor of the Kobe Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers on Rokko Island began offering “Strawberry High Tea” to remind you of the arrival of spring.
Strawberry High Tea” is priced at 3,388 yen per person (tax and service charge included).
The patissier prepares six types of desserts and savories: “Cabernet Sauvignon soup with black pepper and aniseed floating with strawberries,” “Frézier,” “Weekend Strawberries,” “Strawberries, red bean paste and green tea custard cream wrapped in gyuhi,” “Strawberry millefeuille,” and “Rape blossom and cherry shrimp quiche. Quiche”, “Strawberry millefeuille”, and “Rape blossoms and cherry shrimp quiche”.
Visitors can relax in the restaurant’s charming atrium space bathed in soft sunlight and enjoy a quality teatime experience with these gorgeous desserts.
The desserts are accompanied by Sheraton Standard Tea from TWG Tea, a prestigious tea store in Singapore, which is the perfect accompaniment to the desserts. If you like coffee with your sweet treats, you will love our original coffee and American coffee. You can choose from original coffee, American coffee, café au lait, café latte, cappuccino, or espresso (choose one of tea or coffee and get free refills).

The “Strawberry High Tea” is limited to a certain number per day and may sell out, so advance reservations are recommended (available on the hotel’s official website).
The event is scheduled to last until May 31, but may be subject to change depending on the strawberry harvest.
