Outline of Kobe City Kobekko Asobi Hiroba

Kobe City Kobekko Asobi Hiroba is a facility established under the Kobe City Kobekko Asobi Hiroba Ordinance to provide a place for children 0-6 years old before elementary school age and their guardians, and to contribute to childcare support and mutual exchange. It also functions as a local child-rearing support center as stipulated in Article 6-3, Paragraph 6 of the Child Welfare Act (Act 64 of 1947).

From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2031 (5 years)

Total 126,500,000 yen for 5 years
