The three brothers in full force
Before a helicopter can fly, it must undergo a three-month long inspection called an airworthiness inspection. The Air Mobility Command has three helicopters in its fleet, and maintains two helicopters in operation at any given time by staggering the airworthiness inspections. At the end of the year, Helicopter 1 completed its airworthiness inspection and returned home. Helicopter 2 will undergo airworthiness inspections from January 5, 2023.
