We are pleased to announce that the Kiwanis Club of Kobe will donate a cherry tree to commemorate the relocation and renewal of the Child and Family Center (Child Guidance Center).
The presentation ceremony and tree planting will be held as follows.

The Kiwanis Club was founded in Detroit, USA in 1915 and currently has about 7,000 members in 82 countries around the world. Kiwanis Clubs are active in activities related to international goodwill, social welfare, and cultural enrichment.
In recent years, the organization has been focusing on activities for children, establishing the Kobe Kiwanis Collection at the Kobe Central Library, donating books and holding storytelling sessions, and donating Kiwanis dolls to hospitals for use in explaining medical treatments to children.
