1. Purpose
The “2024 Kobe City Celebrates Hatachi” will be held as an event to celebrate and encourage young people who are aware that they have become adults and are trying to survive on their own through responsible behavior as members of society.

2. Date, time and venue
Date and time: January 8, 2024 (Monday, holiday), 13:00-13:30 (one time only )
* Doors open at 12:00 (tentative)
Venue: Noevir Stadium Kobe (1-2-2 Misaki-cho, Hyogo-ku, Kobe City)
*To avoid congestion at the entrance and exit as a measure against new-type coronavirus infection, the event was held twice in FY2021 and 2024. However, due to the shift of new coronavirus infection to Category 5 (scheduled for May 8, 2023), the event will be held once as in the past.
3. Subjects
In principle, those who were born between April 2, 2003 and April 1, 2004 and reside in Kobe City.
Those who have moved out of the city are also eligible to participate. For details, please see the above website.
Pre-registration for admission (required)
In order to effectively publicize information about the ceremony to all visitors, we ask that you pre-register for admission. The registration procedure will be described in the information postcard that will be sent to eligible visitors in November or December, and will also be announced on the website. No postcard is required for admission.
