TOMARIGI MARKET in Southern Mall ROKKO B612, a marché event organized by “KOBE Tomarigi,” an organization that conducts community revitalization and social contribution activities in Nada-ku, Kobe, will be held on March 11 and 12. Admission is free.
The venue is the shopping mall “Southern Mall Rokko B612” in Nada Ward, where about 50 booths will be set up each day, including restaurants, sweets, miscellaneous goods, and workshops. There will also be free “live music” and a PR booth by Kobe Mazda Nada.
The lineup of local restaurants and handmade artists’ booths will change each day, so you can enjoy a fresh feeling even if you attend the entire two-day event♪ (some stores will be open both days).
Some of the artists’ booths will also hold a “materials market” at the same time, selling materials and supplies that are no longer in use. You may be able to get advice from the artists who are actually using them, and enjoy conversation with them while imagining what you would like to create!
There are also a wide variety of workshops hosted by artists, such as “moss terrarium making” and “flower shear arrangement.
There will also be a booth selling original products developed by students participating in the “Product Development Project by High School Students,” a project undertaken by Kobe Tomariki, with the aim of “reducing food loss.
