On November 18, “DREAM MARCHE” will be held at “Suma Patio Station Square” in Suma Ward, Kobe City.
In this event, high school students from a commercial high school in Kobe Prefecture will sell their own menus in a kitchen car. The event is designed to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs by providing high school students studying commerce with hands-on management experience through the use of kitchen cars.
Five kitchen cars will be lined up on the day of the event, and students from each high school are expected to create a limited menu for that day. What kind of menu will be served will be a surprise until the day of the event. Since August, the commercial high school students have repeatedly held management training sessions and meetings with the kitchen car vendors to develop a sales strategy from scratch for the event.
The person in charge of the event said, “This is a groundbreaking opportunity for commercial high school students to gain experience as business owners. I think it will be most rewarding for the students to have so many people come and see their work, so please come and visit us! Please come and visit us!

I am very interested in the products that the high school students have come up with, not only for the menu, but also for the PR and sales before the event! I would like to visit various kitchen cars.
